These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mobile games published by PrettyStork Studio ("PrettyStork Studio", "we", "our", or "us").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using any of our games, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our games.

1. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using our games.

If you are under the age required by applicable law to enter into a legally binding agreement, you must obtain consent from a parent or legal guardian before using our games.

2. License to Use

PrettyStork Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our games for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

3. Player Profiles and Leaderboards

Our games may automatically create a player profile when the game is first launched.

The profile may include:

• A generated player identifier
• Nickname
• Avatar created from in-game avatar components
• Game progress
• Scores and ranking information

Users may modify their nickname and avatar through available game features.

Users agree not to use nicknames or profile content that:

• Are offensive, abusive, hateful, or unlawful
• Impersonate another individual or organization
• Violate intellectual property rights
• Contain personal information intended to identify another person

We reserve the right to modify or remove inappropriate profile content.

4. Leaderboards

Our games may include online leaderboards operated by PrettyStork Studio.

Leaderboard information may include:

• Nickname
• Avatar
• Scores
• Rankings
• Achievement information

We reserve the right to remove scores, rankings, or accounts that we reasonably believe were obtained through cheating, exploits, unauthorized modifications, automation, or other unfair methods.

5. Optional User Accounts

Most games can be played without creating an account.

Users may optionally register an account using a valid email address in order to:

• Back up game progress
• Synchronize progress across devices
• Restore progress after changing devices

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violations of these Terms.

6. In-App Purchases

Some games may offer optional in-app purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play.

These purchases may include:

• Virtual items
• Additional game features
• Ad removal options

All purchases are processed by the applicable platform provider.

Except where required by law, purchases are non-refundable.

Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

7. Advertisements

Our games may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising partners, including Google AdMob.

Advertisements may be shown before, during, or after gameplay sessions.

PrettyStork Studio is not responsible for products, services, or content provided by third-party advertisers.

8. Intellectual Property

All games, software, graphics, artwork, audio, music, logos, trademarks, game mechanics, and related content are owned by PrettyStork Studio or its licensors.

No ownership rights are transferred to users under these Terms.

9. Updates and Availability

We may update, modify, suspend, discontinue, or remove any game feature at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of any game or service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The games are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrettyStork Studio disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrettyStork Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of the games
• Inability to use the games
• Loss of data
• Device issues
• Third-party advertisements
• Third-party platform services

12. Account Deletion

Users who have created an account may request deletion of their account and associated cloud-save data.

Some information may be retained where required by law, security requirements, or fraud-prevention purposes.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

The latest version will always be made available with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of our games constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
